My sister (who is a stellar mom, wine aficionado, gourmet chef, and green thumb) is expecting baby number two...I am determined to make sure this second baby has just as many pictures as the first little person in the Stagg Clan. I went down to Prosser to visit Jolene for her birthday and we had the chance to take some belly shots, Adelaide was so patient with our little adventure...she is two and posing for the camera isn't something of much interest to her yet...she loves climbing on the belly, I can't wait to see her as a big sister. I love shots like this first one...I just imagine in 50 years her kids looking back at their mom's pictures and being able to see the detail of her fingers, her rings, and her belly.
My pesky sister is one of the ones that thinks saving the sex of the baby until birth as a surprise is fun, I am quite certain that she does things like this to annoy me, in any case we thought it would be fun to take pictures with my super cute (thanks to my rock-star friend Emily) "it's a boy and it's a girl" banners. So much fun!

I have to agree with Staci on this finding out the sex business...My sister put me through this agony just for the heck of it. How's a good auntie to shop for cute things when she's limited to the "unisex" items???
